2015 Coworker.org Victories

In 2015, employees took action with the support of coworkers, consumers and community supporters to improve their workplaces using Coworker.org. Here are some of our favorite victories:

  4. 4.Jimmy John’s employees now get to have visible tattoos at the sandwich chain…
  5. 5.And they’ll be able to have dreadlocks, too
  6. 6.Starbucks baristas speak out about “clopenings” leading the company to update its scheduling technology to prevent back-to-back closing and opening shifts
  7. 7.McDonald’s fires a manager who allegedly assaulted an employee
  8. 8.Former Delta baggage handler Kip Hedges reaches a settlement with Delta Air Lines in his wrongful termination lawsuit
  9. 9.Thousands of Grill’d employees in Australia will receive pay raises
  10. 10.KEEN Footwear employees win paid parental leave benefits — four weeks for all employees, including dads and parents who adopt
